We are looking for Sr. Dynamic and nimble BI Analyst that can generate data and insights that will guide product and software development in an automated, scalable way. Data-driven decision making is at the heart of Amazon culture, and your business will have a direct impact on Amazon’s decision-making and strategy.

basic tasks
Support the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive key business decisions
Support in-depth analyzes of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations for presentation to senior leadership
Establish reporting standards and use data engineering to provide automated solutions, where possible
Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities; Building solutions to maximize scope and capacity for self-serve by stakeholders
Develop and implement processes to perform exploratory data analysis to discover ideas or patterns that can be used to drive operational efficiency
Leverage Amazon’s infrastructure and tools to optimize back-end data sources for increased accuracy and simplicity
Basic qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering
4+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce, service industries or in consulting
Advanced knowledge and first-hand experience with BI reporting tools like Microstrategy, Tableau, Qlikview, Quicksight, etc.
Experience with big data concepts with strong knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write complex queries against one or more schema
Strong knowledge of various data warehousing methodologies and data modeling concepts

Master’s or advanced degree in an analytical field such as data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering.
