Manama, Dec. 6 (BNA): Parliament Speaker Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal received Parliament Affairs Minister Ghanim bin Fadel Al-Buainain.
Zainal affirmed that Bahrain is on the brink of a new phase of national action and achievement, parliamentary mercy, and openness to broader horizons that take the legislative renaissance towards further progress and advancement, enlightened by the visions and directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa. Al Khalifa.
She indicated that the Kingdom is going through a new legislative chapter that integrates work based on distinguished cooperation and permanent coordination between the legislative authority and the esteemed government headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
The meeting reviewed the preparations of all relevant authorities for the opening of the sixth legislative term, and touched on mechanisms for continuing cooperation and building on what has been achieved in terms of complementarity in the roles between the legislative and executive branches.
The minister appreciated the national achievements during the fifth legislative term, thanks to the positive role and relentless efforts made by the Speaker of Parliament in permanent cooperation and coordination with the esteemed government, wishing her and all deputies more success.
