Job title:
• Ensure that food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes prepared
• Ensure that the kitchen meets all regulations including health and food safety guidelines
• Directing food preparation and delegating tasks
• Assist the chef in creating menu items and recipes and developing dishes
• Supervise, motivate and work closely with other chefs of all levels

Salary: up to 10,000 Saudi riyals, depending on experience and qualifications, in addition to free accommodation, customs meals, and uniforms

qualifications:
• Open to Sri Lankan, Indian, Filipino and Nepalese
• Male 40 years and under
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role of a fancy dinner or casual dinner setting
• You must have an available wallet
