The AP Deployment Assistant will be responsible for handling invoice processing in a timely manner (indexing and migration)

a day in the life of

– Analyze and review invoices before they are processed on SAP
Daily reports to ensure that all tasks will be carried out in accordance with the Service Line Agreement (SLA)
Supporting internal and external audits with all their requests.
– Compile invoices to be completed for payment.
Ensure that payments will be made on time to all suppliers as per agreed payment terms.
– Monitoring performance and service index (KPI)
Resolve all issues and provide solutions on how to improve the current process.
– Dealing with all suspended and suspended invoices on time.
Support in maintaining GRIR reports to ensure their positive impact on P&L and COGS.
