Developer planning multiple projects in Dubai – off-plan sales.

Job Role
• Communicate USP projects to clients and intermediaries.
• Organizing broker events and reporting unit availability
• Manage the sales process and management team.
• Manage customer sales experience and after sales customer service experience
• Planning sales, marketing, customer engagement, recruitment, training, training and business development.
• Achieving sales revenue targets as per the business plan including managing the entire sales process flow in terms of strategy, managing expectations and closing deals.
• Work in coordination with Operations and Compliance and ensures compliance with sales and operation policies at all times.
• Conducting market research to build awareness and knowledge of the real estate market and our main competitors.
• Forming a committed and profitable network of local and international intermediaries to increase the company’s sales volume.
• Acquisition of new clients and management of existing clients.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to generate leads
• Study historical trends and market data to generate business insights and forecasts
• Designing and delivering product offerings to clients with a primary focus on total and new ROI
• Helping buyers make informed decisions
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner

qualifications
• Holds at least a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university specializing in business administration or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience in customer management and sales.
