Work summary
The Amazon MENA team is looking for a Software Development Engineer who is passionate about building great products for our customers. SDE-I will be based in Amman, Jordan and must have software engineering experience including technical problem solving.

they will:
Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security.
Use software engineering best practices to ensure a high level of quality for all team deliverables
Writing high quality distributed system software
Work in a startup-like agile development environment, where you always work on the most important things.
Experience with multiple programming languages ​​such as Java, J2EE, Python, TS, JS, .NET

Basic qualifications
Over 1 year of industry experience designing software engineering and operating scalable software systems
Oral and written communication skills (ability to produce operating manuals and technical and non-technical documentation)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical disciplines
Experience in web services and microservice engineering

qualifications preferred
Ability to formulate and lead effective solutions to technical and business challenges
Experience working with product vision leadership to deliver long-term value to clients and advertisers
Willingness to own all phases of the development process: requirements, design, implementation, testing, and operational support
Excellent personal communication with strong verbal/written English language skills
