Manama, July 7 (BNA) Minister of Social Development Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfour received British Ambassador Roderick Drummond.
The minister praised the historical friendship between Bahrain and the United Kingdom, reviewing issues of common interest.
He expressed his aspiration for more opportunities for cooperation and exchange of experiences to support the interests of the two countries and their peoples in the areas of development, care, protection and social rehabilitation.
The ambassador affirmed keenness to continue efforts to enhance cooperation between the two countries, to consolidate the historical relations of friendship and cooperation between them.
