Social Development Minister heads FMH board of directors meeting

Manama, Dec. 7 (BNA): Minister of Social Development, Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfoor, presided over the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Family Microfinance House (FMH) in its fourth session of 2022.

The meeting discussed the topics on the meeting’s agenda with the aim of following up the progress of work in the institution and agreeing on a future plan for its course in the coming period.

The minister praised the efforts of the Health Financial Union in facilitating financing for its clients from low-income families who seek through their small and home projects to improve their income without providing guarantees.

He praised the federation’s endeavor to achieve its social and humanitarian goals, praising in this regard the efforts of the members of the board of directors, employees and relevant authorities in supporting the federation’s development strategy.
