Job purpose:
Our account management team owns and manages restaurant relationships. We are restaurant consultants who use data-driven analytics and industry knowledge to deliver best-in-class support and strategic value to our restaurant partners. Account managers are a dynamic and emotional group of team players who work well with each other and work with other departments, and of course they are fun, personable, and great at building exceptional relationships.
Main responsibilities:
• Building a business growth strategy for SMEs in Qatar
• Maintain and grow relationships between Deliveroo and restaurant partners
• Contact with restaurants by phone and email
• Proactively assist customers to increase online sales through Deliveroo
• Commitment to internal processes to streamline administrative support
• Support marketing initiatives and consolidate your valuable accounts
• Manage Deliveroo restaurant manager, restaurant menu evaluation, data analysis and reporting, billing decisions
• Liaise with various functions such as operations, marketing, releases and customer service to identify growth opportunities
• Build Deliveroo’s image and reputation as an established and valuable leader in the food and beverage industry in Qatar
requirements:
• Education (BA/BA in business or related field; MA/MA/MBA is a plus);
• 3-4 years of experience in F&B, Tech, e-commerce or related field;
• You must be an outgoing and strong communicator, whether face-to-face, over the phone or by email
• You must be business minded and result oriented
• You must be a beginner, diligent and well organized
• You must be comfortable using different techniques
• Excel experience is essential
• Junior, strong analytical skills. Adaptable. Self-confident; Well-organized with excellent communication qualities;
• Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry is an added advantage. Solid superiority skills
• Fluency in English is a must, Arabic is an advantage
