Shura Council condemns derogatory remarks against Prophet Mohammed by Indian official

Manama, June 7 (BNA) The Shura Council denounced the insulting statements of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, issued by the ruling party in India, and stressed that these extremist statements provoked all Muslims around the world.

The council affirmed its rejection of any reprehensible insult to the Prophet inciting religious hatred.

The Shura Council expressed its deep concern over statements that fuel hatred and extremism, and stressed the importance of respecting all religious beliefs and personalities, and spreading the values ​​of tolerance and dialogue between religions and civilizations.
