Manama, Jan. 26 (BNA): Speaker of the Shura Council, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, patronized the inauguration of the Bahrain Declaration in Europe, during a ceremony held today in Rome, Italy.
He stressed the importance of the covenant in promoting coexistence, peace and tolerance in the world, reflecting the enlightened vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He highlighted the contributions of His Majesty the King to promoting the values of dialogue, coexistence and brotherhood among all countries and peoples of the world.
Al-Saleh stressed that these charitable humanitarian concepts constitute basic pillars for the sustainability of development and progress in the world.
In a statement issued today, he praised the tireless efforts made by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to promote Bahrain as a beacon of peaceful coexistence and respect for human rights.
He referred to the role of the King Hamad Global Center for Human Coexistence in strengthening the status of the Kingdom of Bahrain and highlighting its ancient history.
He affirmed Bahrain’s commitment to strengthening cooperation with all countries of the world, building international partnerships and supporting efforts to achieve sustainable development.
He expressed his pride in Bahrain’s balanced foreign policy aimed at building relations and strengthening bonds of friendship that benefit all countries.
