Manama, June 29 (BNA) The Speaker of the Shura Council, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, praised the positive results of the talks between His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi.
He highlighted the agreements and memoranda of understanding that were signed, which reflect mutual interest in consolidating strategic relations in all fields.
He pointed to the crucial importance of the visits of King Hamad and President Sisi, which contribute to expanding joint cooperation and strengthening partnership, including investments, volume of trade exchange and financial cooperation.
Al-Saleh highlighted the leaders’ keen interest in regional and international development in addition to the growing challenges facing the countries of the region.
He praised the meeting held between His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Prime Minister and President Sisi, which will further support cooperation.
He highlighted the importance of exchanging high-level visits to further build partnerships and lead political, economic and investment cooperation.
