Manama, Feb. 8 (BNA): Shura Council Speaker Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh praised the distinguished efforts of the medical and nursing competencies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, pointing to the great care accorded to them by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. And support the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He was speaking during his meeting today with the President of the Bahrain Medical Association, Dr. Amer Ibrahim Al-Derazi, and a number of members of the Board of Directors, who gave him a detailed presentation on the activities and programs of the Association.
The meeting was held in the presence of the second deputy speaker of the Shura Council, Dr. Jihad Abdullah Al-Fadhel.
The Speaker of the Shura Council praised the contributions of the Bahrain Medical Association and its role in discussing the aspirations of doctors in various specialties.
The Chairman and members of the Society’s Board of Directors expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Chairman and members of the Shura Council for their constant keenness to update legislation related to the health sector.
