Manama, September 4 (BNA): The Speaker of the Shura Council, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, received the Speaker of the Arab Parliament, Adel Abdul Rahman Al-Asumi.
The President praised the continuous efforts of Arab parliaments to enhance cooperation between legislative councils in Arab countries.
He stressed the importance of their role in consolidating Arab democratic concepts and principles, and praised their achievements and effective participation in regional and international parliamentary forums.
Al-Soumi expressed his appreciation to Al-Saleh for his remarkable support to advance the process of Arab parliamentary work.
