Cairo, February 19 (BNA) Shura Council Speaker Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh praised the success of Bahrain’s parliamentary diplomacy and its effective participation in Arab gatherings. He praised her role in highlighting the Kingdom’s great development steps in the prosperous era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He also praised the programs implemented by the government under the leadership of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
The Speaker of the Shura Council expressed great pride in the joint Arab cooperation and coordination of parliamentary work in various international forums. He was speaking during his meeting yesterday with heads of Arab councils and parliaments participating in the fourth conference of the Arab Parliament and heads of Arab councils and parliaments currently being held in Cairo.
The discussions focused on the process of developing Arab parliamentary work and unifying positions among legislative authorities in Arab countries. Ways to address regional crises and challenges were also reviewed.
