Shura Chairman praises Bahraini women’s contributions to development process

In this regard, the Shura Council Speaker praised the unwavering support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to develop the national roles of Bahraini women, and pave the way for them to contribute effectively to the comprehensive development process in the Kingdom.

He expressed his pride in the government’s keenness to increase the participation of Bahraini women within the Bahrain team in all fields, praising the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and his continuous directives. Launching innovative initiatives that enhance the role of women in the development process.

He also praised Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women, for Her Highness’ continuous support for Bahraini women, and for contributing to their advancement, and Bahrain’s steps in achieving gender balance. .

Al-Saleh made these statements during her reception here today, Dr. Fawzia Youssef Al-Jib, Media Affairs Adviser at the Shura Council Office and Chair of the Gender Balance Committee in the General Secretariat of the Council, and members of the committee.
