Manama, June 20 (BNA) Shura Council Speaker Ali Saleh Al-Saleh congratulated Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal, President of the Arab Parliamentary Union, on the 38th anniversary of the Union of Arab Parliaments.
In a telegram, Al-Saleh expressed his pride in Zainal’s endeavors and his role in serving the issues of the Arab nation, highlighting the contributions of Arab parliaments in international forums, and enhancing cooperation and coordination between legislative councils and parliamentary unions.
Al-Saleh praised the Union’s achievements and contributions since its establishment to confirm the efforts and roles of Arab parliaments in the development and progress of Arab countries and peoples.
