Manama, June 20 (BNA) Shura Council Speaker Ali Saleh Al-Saleh affirmed that the Bahraini-Egyptian-Jordanian summit held in Sharm El-Sheikh stresses the importance of deepening strategic partnerships, enhancing constructive cooperation and continuous coordination to support joint Arab action.
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King Abdullah II of Jordan and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi met in the Red Sea city to discuss ways to achieve common interests and enhance joint Arab action to deal with regional and international challenges.
Al-Saleh expressed his pride in His Majesty the King’s strong support for cooperation between Arab countries and praised the special ties between the three countries.
The President praised the special attention given by the three leaders to discussing Arab issues and issues, as well as the latest developments at the regional and international levels.
He stressed the importance of continuing efforts to enhance Arab security and consolidate initiatives to combat terrorism and achieve security and stability for the peoples of the region.
