what are you going to do
At Chalhoub, creativity is a team effort! Acting as Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the sales team towards achieving the sales target while delivering an exceptional guest experience; Ensure support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key initiatives for customers and individuals in the store.

• You will nurture talent within the team through on-the-job training and extended assignments in coordination with the People Partner
• Leading the eNPS through people-experience initiatives and culture
• Oversee daily store operations related to adherence to standard operating procedures, retail store VM and schedule to the sales team
• Support for stocking employees during in-store events
• Act as the main point of contact with the back office team
• Ensure that click and combine are performed within SLAs
• Ensure that customer data is captured correctly by the team in compliance with the requirements of the marketing team
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and ensure that the team is aware of application offerings, etc.
• Increasing the targeted revenue for the store
• Paying in-store sales
• Supporting in-store customer experience initiatives
• Provide input for what works well, and what does not work well within the store

What you will need to succeed
• Amazing Communication Skills
• Understanding of KPIs and eNPS leadership
• A minimum of two years experience in the retail field
