Welcoming, assisting and serving customers in order to ensure that their needs and complaints are responded to in a timely manner with standards of quality and customer service that create customer loyalty and their customer portfolio.
Ensure smooth and efficient receipt of items/shipments as well as monitor all types of inventory activities such as cycle count and stock movements including inter-store transfers, transfers from/to warehouse, damaged items, power transfers, etc.
Analyze hourly/daily/weekly sales performance, monitor item sale, missing volumes/item and collection rotation (in coordination with BM and VM) in order to identify replenishment needs, place accurate orders, achieve inventory performance targets and maximize sales and upselling
– Detect, anticipate and provide regular feedback on customer needs, market trends and competitor activities affecting the region/market
Recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating team members to ensure that they have the necessary skill base and desired image and are optimally empowered to maximize their potential and contribution to the company; Hold daily Japanese meetings to keep employees informed and engaged
Prepare staffing schedule based on budgeted hours and/or visitor traffic, daily sales targets, events, and operational needs (including shipments, inventory counting, selling, etc.) A watch targeting the store/department team
Record/update all commercial and operational information as well as various requests on the available platforms (help desks, events, loss prevention application, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner
Manage the assigned annual budget by monitoring expenditures to set limits, optimize and reduce costs where possible, and report variances against budget (validate with DM/BM first)
– Supervising the image of the store and ensuring that it conforms to the brand standards, verifying the cleanliness of the store, its presentation, maintenance and follow-up, including the window, cash and inventory.

qualifications
– Bachelor degree
3 years of experience in a management position. Previous industry/retail experience an advantage
– mastering English language
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Skills for sporting goods retailing: team play, project-oriented, athlete/ambassador, enthusiast, contributor, sympathetic, entrepreneur and responsible
– Retail sporting goods: Active participation in at least one sporting activity and expert knowledge of sporting events
