Manama, March 23 (BNA) The Chairman of the National Council of Arts, Sheikh Rashid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, stressed the importance of the role that the arts play in upgrading societies, and the upcoming focus on holding several art exhibitions as a basic platform.
