National Guard Commander attends Pakistan Day celebration

Islamabad, March 23 (BNA) National Guard Commander Major General Sheikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa participated as a guest of honor in the celebration organized by the Pakistani army on the occasion of Pakistan Day, which falls on March 23.

The ceremony was held with the participation of the Pakistani President, senior officers, the Pakistani people and residents, as well as invitees from friendly countries.

The Commander of the National Guard expressed his sincere congratulations to the Pakistani President Dr. Arif Alvi and the Pakistani people on this occasion. He praised the military parades of the Pakistani army and the high efficiency, readiness and skills shown with the participation of forces from friendly countries.

The Commander of the National Guard praised the solid and long-term relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, stressing the advanced level of military cooperation between the two countries.

A force of the National Guard participated in the military parade, which was held on the occasion of Pakistan Day, according to a cooperation protocol signed between the National Guard and the Pakistani army, confirming the strong relations between the two countries.
