Design outline and training manual
– Providing training to employees
Acquisition of multimedia aids and educational materials
Follow up on training needs based on performance evaluations
Develop a framework for testing and evaluating the training programme
– Find new and relevant training tools
Organizing a statistics of training needs, determining the training methods used, developing a training plan, and dividing training between internal and external training.
Coordination between different departments
Maintain contact with all learners
