WSP Middle East is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage and lead the Water Park project for the PMC Theme Park project in Saudi Arabia.
A normal week includes:
* Ensure assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule while meeting client requirements and business objectives
* Lead the hospitality project team to ensure deliverables are delivered on schedule and meet client expectations
* Ensure that contract terms are followed and scope changes are managed by effectively delivering project objectives
* Manage the project team including project managers, architects, engineers, consultants and administrative support
* Monitor progress, provide financial oversight, and ensure project quality
* Provide support to the team to facilitate project delivery and construction
* Responsible for the overall workflow and technical performance of the project
Lead and manage the project team through all phases of project planning, implementation and closing, in line with scheduled project deliverables to meet scope, schedule, budget and other specific requirements stipulated in the contract
* Ensure robust project plans and forecasts are produced and requirements are updated regularly
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
Certified Project Management Professional or member of an equivalent institution
Successfully lead multiple complex and large-scale construction management programs across a range of client types and multidisciplinary teams
* Have over 15 years of experience delivering fully coordinated, multidisciplinary project management and construction management projects in the position of Senior Project Manager
Demonstrable experience delivering fully coordinated project management and construction management projects using the latest design and engineering collaboration tools, including BIM
* I have worked in an international consulting firm for 15-20 years and over 5 years of my experience is in the Middle East
* Ability to speak on technical issues across all disciplines associated with our project management and construction management projects
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on Theme Park PMC projects
Demonstrable experience in water park delivery as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for a large PMC Park project
