Describe
* Lead projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver a superior customer experience
* Build deep industry expertise and manage engagements across accounts within the chosen industry/sector
* Client focus on value creation initiatives to accelerate the pace of change; Define metrics to monitor and analyze performance against company goals
* Manage and nurture relationships with clients beyond immediate engagement needs and act as a trusted advisor, setting aside personal agendas to strengthen interactions with clients
* Anticipate challenges to implement the strategy and develop proactive plans to mitigate risks
* Leverage industry trends to advise clients on how to create sustainable sources of benefits and differentiate their value propositions for future business growth, positioning them to be competitive in the long term
* Stay on top of emerging technologies and translate digital trends for internal customers and teams; Leading innovative solutions based on customer required functions

*University degree from a top-ranking university, preferably in the fields of Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, Finance or Engineering.
* An MBA or related master’s degree is very helpful but not necessary.
*Must have 10 years of experience in strategic consulting within a company/a combination of strategy consulting and relevant industry experience.
* Ability to lead analysis of organizational problems, direct implementation of prescribed solutions, and manage customer expectations on the impact of recommended changes
* Demonstrate the ability to suggest, offer and sell additional services to clients
* Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic language skills highly preferred
* Ability to travel extensively and on a weekly basis, required
