Our client, a leading FMCG company in Bahrain, is looking to expand their finance team and hire a Senior Manager Finance and Accounting.
Describe
* Drafting asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and evaluating account information
* Maintain accounting controls by evaluating and suggesting improvements to existing policies and procedures
* Comply with statutory financial policies and comply with the requirements of new legislation
* Monitor new software applications and ensure that they are in line with current operational and financial MIS requirements
* Implementation and creation of cost and performance analysis systems
* Provide financial information to management to facilitate decision-making and obtain long-term sustainability

*Must hold a professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA)
* More than 12 years of experience in finance and accounting
*Experience in Food Production/FMCG or Manufacturing sector is a must
* Willing to move to Bahrain unless already in Bahrain
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Extensive experience in implementing ERP
* Proficient in financial reporting practices
