Senior Consultant – Transfer Pricing – Tax & International Transaction Services

the opportunity

With us, you have the opportunity to become part of a professional tax department with employees in a number of GCC countries. We need you as a transfer pricing expert for our Transfer Pricing suite. We have a highly professional environment, exciting work assignments and a passion for creating the right solutions for our clients. Your main responsibilities

You will typically work on a daily basis in our office, becoming part of the Tax Service at approx. 50 specializes in corporate tax, transfer pricing, personal tax, and law as well as value-added tax, customs and duties.

In the long term, your duties will include:

Responsibility for clients and large projects
– Leading and developing recommendations and implementation plans
Develop and communicate transfer pricing and economic ideas
Prepare documentation and participate in advance transfer pricing agreements
– Check transfer rates
– Daily responses to ongoing inquiries and advice on transfer pricing and international taxes
– Coaching and mentoring junior team members

Besides your commitment, your professional interest in the tax field and your willingness to perform tasks for our clients will be extremely important.
– Even though you have a lot of experience already, you focus on continuing development along with developing transfer pricing and our customers.
You must be willing to take responsibility for clients and tasks – and take the lead in the day-to-day work.

Responsibilities, qualifications and certifications – external

To qualify for the role you must have

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role – either from another audit house or internal transfer pricing department
Understand complex transfer pricing concepts and broad exposure to transfer pricing issues
Strong organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
– Professional and educational qualifications are Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Commercial Law, Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Auditing or Master of Laws

Ideally, you will also have

– Proficiency in the Arabic language
Experience in professional services
