You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a reservations agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience that comes upon their arrival!

What will you do:
– Consistently provide exceptional, friendly and engaging service
– Ensure the best choice for the guest and ensure revenue maximization through additional selling
– Recommend facility facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
– Reserving room reservation requests, entering room lists, and updating accurate information in the system
Your experience and skills include:
– A guest-focused personality is key; Experience is an asset
Previous experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
– Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus
Your team and work environment:
Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai is located near the main business districts, shopping centers and attractions of Oud Metha, a central business district in Bur Dubai. Several destinations can be reached within 10 minutes, including Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai World Trade Center and Dubai International Airport.
