Advanced Services Technical Consultants and Technical Engineers provide support in the continuous operational improvement of Oracle environments. ASE does this by leveraging the intellectual property built on Oracle’s support and customer experiences throughout their participation in Oracle technologies.
Our goal is for each customer to gain more value from Oracle Solutions by helping them make informed decisions regarding implementation; Management and use of Oracle technologies.
Now, we are looking for experts in the field of integration – Senior SOA and OIC Principal Consultants
Core Activities and Responsibilities:
Providing high quality technical services to ACS clients.
Ensure adherence to methodology, tools and internal quality standards.
Proactively anticipate current customer needs and activities to provide better support and continue to engage in customer focused activities
Work with Oracle LOBs and other partners to ensure knowledge is transferred in and out of ACS, acting as subject matter technical experts when required
Focus on innovation and technology and understand how it can be used to benefit both customers and ACS
Manage and resolve customer orders according to the main product strategy and model.
Responding and resolving customer problems within the objectives of the KPIs.
Maintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of new products.
– Ensure timely completion of planned proactive tasks and customer requests.
Own and solve problems and manage customer expectations throughout the life cycle as per global standards.
Work on the adoption, adoption and contribution of new processes and tools (ODC, diagnostic methodology, health checks, scripting tools, etc.
Role Requirements:
Strong experience designing and developing integrations using Oracle Fusion Middleware / Oracle SOA Suite 12c, 11g.
Strong experience in designing, developing, deploying, testing and maintaining complex integrations using OSB/BPEL/Mediators/BPMN
Solid understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), OSB
Strong understanding of web services standards such as SOAP & REST
– Strong understanding of JCA adapters
Strong understanding of XML, XSD, WSDL, XSLT, DVM, XREF standards, business rules and ESS concepts
Good understanding of WebLogic server concepts.
– Knowledge of deployment tools like Maven, Jenkins, Kintana, etc.
– Knowledge of version control tools like SVN, GitHub, Clear case, etc.
Technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
Hands-on development experience in development, full lifecycle + Oracle Cloud Order with accessory development
– Expert hands-on developer of Oracle PaaS products (VBCS, PCS and OIC integration)
– Develop an expert practical application with different type of conductors and source and target searches
Excellent understanding of rapid development methodology, the full lifecycle SDLC process, including creation of technical designs, build and unit testing of complex requirements.
Hands-on experience in developing Oracle PL/SQL developer knowledge.
Good understanding of Oracle PaaS4SaaS extension patterns
Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS4SaaS Architecture, Oracle Cloud SaaS Implementation, OCI, and Data Security Integration
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS API / Web Services
Technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
