• The Project Manager role is an exciting and challenging opportunity for you to manage the full lifecycle of cloud applications while using the Oracle OUM or TCM Cloud methodology.
• In this role, you will manage multiple cloud projects and will be responsible for the successful delivery of those projects.
• You will work with leaders in Oracle consulting, development, and support focused on Oracle Cloud products. You will manage an international team of architects and consultants.
• 10+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 6 years of experience in project or direct line management.
• Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity.
• Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to engage with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers.
• Product, technology or industry experience relevant to the portfolio focus. Ability to travel to the Middle East as needed.

• Lead the project team in delivering Oracle Cloud or an on-premises solution to the customer
• Responsibility for the overall performance of managing scope, cost, schedule and contractual delivery, which includes the application of techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management,
• Systematically manage complex business and logistical challenges
• Manage all project resources, including subcontractors,
• Provide daily guidance to the project team and the client’s regular project status
• To exercise creativity, independent judgment and discernment in the selection of methods and techniques.
• Interact with all roles in the client – including CIO, CTO, IT Architects, technical staff and business representatives for all internal and external reporting

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Previous solid experience managing full lifecycle applications of Oracle Cloud and/or complex On-Prem projects
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Ability to work well remotely with a diverse project team
• The ability to work without direction
• Instantly analyzes business process requirements
• Ability to balance investigation/troubleshooting on your own
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and/or French besides his mother tongue Arabic
• A clear means of communication with a strong sense of timing in pursuit of key business objectives
• Specific previous implementation experience of Oracle applications and/or technology products
• The ability to transfer knowledge effectively
• Willingness to help others develop their skills for business
• Establish long-term relationships with customers and suppliers quickly and then nurture these relationships
• Experience in managing international and cross-cultural projects
• PM methodology certification is a must
• Scrum Master certification is an advantage
• Excellent experience in standardizing and coordinating business management systems
• Prior consultation and/or project management experience required
• Beginner, confident, driven by strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of Oracle industry solutions is an advantage
• Great C . level presentation experience
• Minimum 5 years PM experience is mandatory for this role.
• 5-8 years experience in ERP consulting is mandatory
