The current vacancy is for Veteran Banking Software Applications Sales Representative to develop and sell software licenses for Oracle’s core banking, digital banking, payments, and mid-office solutions across retail and corporate banking as well as the microfinance and financial inclusion sectors.
The region is defined as Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Palestine and Syria within the banking and financial services industry.
Achieve revenue targets for licenses across various banking solutions defined for the above territory for sale to existing customers and new logos.
Strategically engage clients with a view to building key relationships and establishing the basis for licensing purchases.
Proficiency in positioning the portfolio at the ‘C’ level at the business, IT and operational level.
Building a deep and active interaction model with customers.
Create a ‘Custom Case for Transformation’ and propose a solution with a feasibility study for each opportunity.
Generate leads and manage pipelines using Oracle Sales Cloud (Fusion) CRM platform with regular, complete and concise updates, accurately forecast and execute deal closings in an orderly and transparent manner.
Collaborate and across stakeholders in the Oracle Line of Business in the designated area and within the various teams within FSBGU.
Work with existing partners and identify new strategic alliances to increase licensing revenue and expand customer footprint.

Seasoned Banking Software Sales Professional with at least 15 years of experience in core and digital banking applications areas such as Finacle (Infosys), T24/IBIS/Globus (Temenos), Midas/Bankmaster/Equation (Misys/Finastra) and Banking/Quartz (TCS) Tokens (SunGuard, SystemAccess), SAP, or similar vendor applications
Experience in shaping and developing large investment initiatives/projects of USD 2 million and above, including development of feasibility study, detailed solution scope, implementation plan and approach, etc.
Deep knowledge about the banking industry for the specific territory is vital.

Pre-existing relationships with Operations Managers with major local banks, essential for this role
Knowledge of finance fundamentals, retail/commercial banking product lifecycle, accounting and back office operations

A proven network of contacts at the executive level within the local banking community.
