The branch manager oversees and coordinates all sales and operations of the branch. He/she must manage and oversee the productivity and performance of the salespeople in the branch, increase the customer base of the branch, provide excellent customer service, achieve financial goals and increase the revenue of the branch.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree.
• A similar experience of at least 10 years,
• results oriented,
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to achieve branch goals,
• Excellent team player,
• Creative problem-solving skills, excellent customer service and communication skills,
• Strong ability to work with numbers, spreadsheets and financial reports
• Meticulous and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills – MS Office and CRM
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
