Job Purpose Oversees and maintains Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) for all Qatargas (QG) LNG related products; Maintains and monitors trends in all related product prices and cash flow forecasts; Supervises and maintains agreements for refinery projects, processing services, fuel gas, and joint refining projects with external parties and between Ras Laffan projects. Job context & amp. Major Challenge(s) Oversees and maintains contract sales operations for over 850 product shipments (annually on behalf of all the various producing entities in RLIC). Products consist of unprocessed field condensate (UFC), deodorized field condensate (DFC), sulfur caustic, low sulfur condensate (LSC), vegetable thickener (PC), naphtha, Kero Jet (Jet-A 1), and propane ( C3), and butane. (C4), Low Sulfur Gas Oil (LSGO), Heavy Gas Oil (HGO) & amp; matches. Operations other than LNG include Laffan Refinery 1, Laffan Refinery 2, and Qatar Petroleum supplies fueled by QG Ventures Condensate with production in excess of 300 KBPD, with equivalent sales of refined products; In addition to LSGO sales to QP/Woqod, fuel gas sales to Refinery Ventures, LPG processing agreements to Refinery Ventures, propane sales to RLOC, Kero Jet sales to QSGTL, H2S, Heavy GO handling agreements for refining projects and Q-sulphide service agreements J Ventures. The position operates within the context of the operational and commercial aspects associated with the Lavan Refineries business, product markets and operations in a complex RLIC environment, which includes many interconnected facilities and operations under a wide range of commercial and marketing arrangements. The challenge is in handling a wide range of complex business agreements related to related products. The agreements include SPA (goods and pipelines), service agreements, fuel gas agreements and other inter-project agreements. The other division’s continuity requirements can result in a short time reassignment to other regions (LNG Sales Department) and the need for rapid identification. Operational issues that require a quick reaction to maintain business continuity often arise – situations often arise that are not explicitly contemplated in sales agreements. A large number of product shipments and multiple areas of end customers require extensive work outside normal business hours and time pressure on deliveries. Main Job Responsibilities: Maintains and manages SPA-related commercial agreements for products, and inter-project agreements and services relating to related products. Resolves inquiries and ensures compliance with contractual obligations including drafting all contractual notices to supervisor. Provide functional input to relevant product agreements and/or amendments to existing agreements to ensure compliance with Qatargas Standards and participate in the implementation of any proposed changes or changes to the agreements. Facilitates the implementation of agreements by coordinating the various QG functions as well as clients regarding relevant sections of the agreements and assists in developing implementation procedures accordingly. Identifies any potential or actual breaches of the Agreements by Sellers or Buyers. His direct supervisor advises accordingly. Coordinates with other internal functions – notably RLTO, Personalization & Planning department to ensure effective implementation of commercial and shipping commitments. Analyzes and monitors product delivery to ensure business continuity of merchandise documentation and other business activities related to merchandise delivery as well as compliance with relevant provisions for size or specifications in agreements. Submit reports as required. Monitors, initiates, tracks and maintains invoices and other documents ensuring contractual compliance and timely collection of receivables, and provides estimated product prices, sales and production forecasts for cash flow forecasts to support financial reporting. Monitors the prices of products in the market. Sources include Platts, Aramco, QPSPP and products. Focal point of contact for external and internal parties such as RLTO, Operations, Finance, QP and QPSPP regarding any commercial, financial and operational matters relating to the LRs. Calculate and verify all product selling prices (other than self-determined QPSPP and Muntajat prices) and billing service charges either in the interim or final invoice. Determining and verifying the total quantity delivered to buyers and in-between projects. Provides monthly cash flow forecasts for all products for all QG projects. Coordinates with RLTO on various shipping related scenarios, which must be integrated into existing operational production and scheduling system. Liaise with the QG laboratory to ensure the quality of the products in accordance with the contractual obligation. Prepares shipping documentation in Power Components System in a timely manner based on instructions received and ensures that Buyer, RLTO, Operations Group, Independent Surveyor and Shipping Agent are informed accordingly. Maintains and operates the Hydrocarbon Accounting System section to generate required merchandise invoices/documents, analyzes and business process progress maps to identify system configuration updates for system support personnel.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, Business Administration or a related degree. Knowledge and/or Experience 8 years of experience in general business or industry including minimum 6 years of experience managing hydrocarbon sales contracts preferably with exposure to marine export. Knowledge of the refining industry. In-depth knowledge of contracts and their interpretation.
