Job description and summary

Managing the new LoS DA pool business unit
– Chanel LoS digital opportunities for the relevant digital profile (digital accelerator and data boosters), accelerating the digital LoS impact
Support the development and implementation of change initiatives and plans related to Tomorrow Today’s programme
– Generate relevant analytics and insights to track the realization of benefits from Tomorrow, Today initiatives in LoS

Basic tasks

DA Pool BU (40%) – priority 1

Facilitate DA Pool operations, including coordinating with different BUs to ensure DA availability
– Coordinate with different BUs to ensure that the DA is on board the DA Pool
Ensure the backlog of continuous and priority initiatives with digital capabilities
– Activate digital opportunities through DA and Opportunity matching
Assess and report on challenges faced by the DA, providing technical support and guidance as required to avoid deficiencies in results and outcomes.
Support DAs continuous learning journey (during contraction)
Recognizing and reporting success stories
Participation benefits (time saving, cost saving and revenue generated)
Knowledge Management (Asset Sharing)

TT Reporting (20%) – Priority 1:

– Usage Reports (DA & DB) – Provides an active view about DA availability and usage
– Proactively review Talentlink to ensure it is up to date with all skills of DAs and DBs
Proactively review Ipower to ensure posts data is captured correctly for DAs and DBs
– Support TT Partner Lead & Vice by providing updates, information, and data about DA resources

Digital Accelerators (20%) – Priority 2:

– Activate digital opportunities through DA and Opportunity matching
Support DAs continuous learning journey (during contraction)

Data Boosters (20%) – Priority 3:

Convert opportunities into the appropriate digital file
