Job description and summary

Our human resource management team provides concierge services and office support to all internal company services teams as well as planning, organizing and implementing administrative systems that help support our employees.

Responsibilities include:

Support the HCBL team in implementing IFS People’s strategy and initiatives.
Partnership with key business stakeholders to facilitate a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
Provide managers with the tools and knowledge necessary to manage their employees in line with our Performance Management Guidelines; Provide constructive feedback and guidance for career growth.
Provide support on various HC projects based on business needs related to reward and recognition plans, person statements, and employee engagement
Ensure that HR policies are implemented
Managing day-to-day activities and employee relations
Supporting the general inquiries of the High Commissioner
Maintaining people’s data and records in the local HRIS
– Strengthening and building strong relationships with employees and management within the company
Ensure the provision of basic human resource services
Train employees on personnel related matters and escalate more complex matters when necessary
Direct staff to appropriate channels of guidance and act as an escalation point for major HC issues or issues that arise
Support the performance management cycle leadership.
Use and analyze people data to help jobs make informed decisions as part of stakeholder management
Advise the High Commissioner in complex cases on a wide range of human resource matters
Perform administrative/other related duties as required and assigned
