Your new role, what is your role?
* Project management and team supervision to successfully deliver a high quality architectural and interior design project aligned with the project lifecycle
* Responsible for the overall project management internally and lead the WSP interface with the client project team on all site architectural and interior design matters
* Review the quality of work performed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
* Ensure that the outputs of the architectural and interior design project are on time, within budget and at the required quality level
* Develop architectural and interior design concept designs and ensure adherence to the concept throughout the design development process
* Ensure that standard architectural specifications are maintained and updated
* Initiate and participate in design reviews in line with the QMS system
* Coordinate with the design engineer for all combined or related architectural and interior design packages.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* Certificate in Architecture. With more than 10 years of working experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably with a recognized Architectural Consultant
* Previous experience working as a site based architect. Possess detailed knowledge of the post-contract supervision role and responsibilities related to reviewing contractor’s shop drawings, submissions, and site inspection procedures
* Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM etc.
* Experience working on commercial/high rise residential/airport projects
* Personnel managing skills, with excellent written and verbal skills. Able to build excellent relationships with clients through interdisciplinary communication and coordination skills
