We are looking for a qualified Arabic speaking (preferably accepted) attorney/attorney/lawyer to join the Senior Advisor level in the Quality and Risk Management (QRM) team as Senior Legal Consultant in the field of risk advisory, reporting to the Risk Advisory Risk Manager and indirectly to the Lead business risks.
Responsibilities:

– Lead reference for all Arab contracts and legal documents.
– review of ongoing projects in any life cycle – legal, reputational or other risk,
Liaise with relevant leadership, functions or industries to ensure legal risks are identified and to recommend preventive actions or actions to be implemented;
Providing legal and legal risk management advice on contract management, contract risk and deal structuring;
– Drafting and publishing legal opinion as communication.
Interpretation and advice on legal documentation.
Contract Negotiations:
Managing the contractual landscape from start to finish from opportunity until closing of the engagement;
Evaluate the legal implications of various opportunities and implement engagements.
Prepare, review and amend contractual media to assist and support various delivery activities;
– Negotiating, reviewing and drafting commercial legal documents for commercial transactions.
Contract Management:
– Review, edit and negotiate change orders and amendments to the Services Agreement;
Reviewing, editing and negotiating essential contracts and other transaction documents (such as work reports, non-disclosure agreements, change orders, and amendments) throughout the engagement;
Liaise with the engagement management team, ensuring quality risk and internal legal affairs;
Interpret expectations, commitments, and assumptions, provide business analysis for consideration, and coordinate and document change;
Communicate expectations and standards with key stakeholders;
– protection of interests, property, confidential information and marks;
– Communicate and summarize the contract offer and commercial deals for presentation to the leadership.
Service and product risk management:
Deep understanding of the various services and product offerings offered in the engagement along with the risks inherent in them;
Classify, assess and monitor risks and implement identified risk mitigation.

– 4-6 years post-qualification experience in reviewing documents in both Arabic and English (contracts – agreements).
Experience in a reputable legal practice.
Preferential experience of prior consultations (a significant other 4);
Must be a native speaker of Arabic The candidate must be able to read and review legal documents in both Arabic and English fluently.
