What will you do:

To establish a chain of command and responsibility, the supervisor reports directly to the security manager.
Perform duties as per the shift roster prepared by the Security Manager.
Adopting a “service-oriented” approach to the performance of duties in order to operate in harmony with the concept of the resort as a place of hospitality:
– be responsible for the overall performance of the security personnel while on duty and all matters relating to security;
– Exercising flexibility to maintain a balance between effectiveness and non-construction;
– promotion of the image of the “gentleman” instead of the image of the “officer” of the security service;
Acting on behalf of the hotel owner in security matters;
– protect the safety of guests, employees, their property and those belonging to the resort;
Assisting other management in providing services to clients to maintain or enhance services provided other than essential security duties;
Acting as a hotel host by personally welcoming incoming guests and farewell to departing guests;
– welcoming guests and providing assistance;
– to drive guests as often as possible if they are unsure of the location within the resort premises;
Inform all hotel facilities and sell them to all resort visitors.
– Training new LPOs to impart knowledge and job skills,
– Regular SOP tests update.

discipline:

Keeping the Security Manager updated on all matters of security importance affecting the resort and management.
Take over and inspect all equipment to ensure it is working properly and that all cameras are properly focused.

Your experience and skills include:

Oral English proficiency.
Experienced in CPR, AED, First Aid, Firefighting and Crowd Control.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or resort with at least one year in a supervisory role is recommended.
Previous experience in the application of military law. Luxury hospitality security experience preferred. Must have knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures commonly used in the field of security/safety.
– Excellent customer service skills.
Experienced in the following computer programs: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and has a basic understanding of computer operations.
Must have the ability to drive company vehicles and vehicles.
-Must be open to a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
– Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance in accordance with Accor standards of personal care.
