what are you going to do

T Chalhoub, We share leading brands with the world. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for handling advertising and promotional activities, overseeing everything related to the customer database, as well as improving the service and store experience for our customers.

Advertising and promotional activities:

– Analyze competition, best practices and new trends in the local market and report to the marketing team
Assist in building marketing plan/calendar for various chains/brands/markets in close collaboration with the department manager and brand marketing departments
Assist the store manager in developing the sales force animation program (employee training, incentives, data collection)
Participate in all aspects of marketing and media from planning, advertising, promotion, public and media relations, product development and research
Create, maintain and update a well-known database (CRM) by integrating information from store floors
– Conducting local market research, customer survey, evaluating customer demands, determining brand positioning, monitoring competitor activities, and evaluating market campaigns
Route all supplier and customer information (animation/training/launch plan) to stores/store managers, district, department/department manager
– Collect customer feedback to identify actions that will attract new customers and return customers more often
Communicate all required information about animation/vision to suppliers
– Conducting monthly reports on customer insights and analysis of sales and store traffic
– Coordination with advertising agencies and clients on media plans
Coordinate, organize and ensure the implementation of the operational work plan within the store to increase customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, cross-selling, sales and service sales

Customer database:

Defining the media and public relations plan through the advertising agency briefing
Ensure that the brand image is maintained at the point of sale by respecting its marketing guidelines
Close follow-up of the implementation of plans, schedule and activities in all relevant markets
Dealing with live coverage on social media platforms
Handling marketing plan forecasts and marketing plan orders
Handling the translation of all documents
Implementation of in-store marketing animation plan/guidelines
Inform the Procurement Supervisor of marketing activities to ensure availability of stock time frame
– Coordination with different departments to build the latter
Managing and coordinating with the concerned authorities to produce marketing materials such as flyers, visuals, platforms and bulletins, and prepare the necessary snapshots for reading press releases.
Manage various marketing budgets for organizing companies above and below the line promotional/advertising activities and purchasing company items

Marketing and promotional plans

– Meet and discuss with local suppliers for all marketing and animation bookings
– KPI’s store monitoring
Monitor windows, platforms and any other promotional area to ensure promotional activities throughout the year in coordination with the design department (3D)

Improved service and in-store experience:

– Organizing and attending events and exhibitions
– Supervising the performance of campaigns and promotions and reporting them to the marketing team
Participate in relevant community projects and activities when needed
Planning and following up on promotions in coordination with the directors of the various regions and the Director of Training and Promotion
Preparing a monthly management report comparing budget and inventory
Preparing an updated monthly expense report
Provide various marketing plans for stores/store managers and ensure that they are implemented correctly
Sponsorship insurance to help with advertising and financing marketing projects
– Sending new catalogs, price lists and miscellaneous information to customers
Split media investments by product line and media support to respect the brand’s media strategy and total budget initially set by the Area Manager/Division Manager
