Your role and responsibilities
Associate Partner Security Services practices help drive the growth and management of all aspects of the business, primarily using this attitude and perspective to help the business. This requires demonstrating thought leadership, sales leadership, delivery leadership, consulting leadership, systems integration, deep knowledge and a strong track record in at least two core areas: security strategy risk and compliance, identity access management, SOC/security operations, application and data security, infrastructure and endpoint security Incident Response, Red Team Testing and Mobile Security, Cloud Security, and with minimal experience in Data Security and SO.
Role and Responsibilities:

– Opportunity creation leads, offer progress, opportunity closes in the security zone, with a select group of clients
Demonstration of IBM credentials in more than 2 core capability domains (SSRC/GRC, IAM, SOC Operations, Application and Data, or Infrastructure Endpoint and Mobile Security)
Provides a focal point for the team to help understand capabilities, offerings and customer references
Become a recognized thought leader in a core area, using conferences, white papers and customer presentations to build awareness of your IBM credential
Be responsible for leading signatures in Saudi Arabia
Connecting
Take ownership of the final delivery of the security work to the client, ensure that what is being sold is delivered to the client’s satisfaction and 10/10 net promoter score from the client, and the client is satisfied.
Work with UKI, EMEA and global team, helping to organize project approaches and teams for client delivery
Participate in project delivery, to varying degrees depending on the complexity of the project
Assist in resolving project issues as they arise
Create strong relationships with clients in key accounts to help advance the security services portfolio
Practice
Provide leadership by facilitating a community of like-minded practitioners to exchange and share ideas in order to grow and improve the practice
Contribute content and advice to the proposal development process
Helping to shape the emerging paradigm of global security practice
People
Assist in the creation of competency and skill models for core areas
Be a role model for global practitioners in core areas
Technical and professional experience required
At least 10 years of experience in management consulting and systems integration in a first-class professional services firm
– Proven track record in Consulting, Delivery and Sales
– Strong practice/demonstration building a track record
Proven track record of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
– At least 8 years of experience working on projects related to core areas
– English: fluent
