An exciting role has arisen for an HR professional to join a large American multinational in the manufacturing sector.
The role is diversified and will support the MENA team in:
• Handling employee relations, payroll and HRIS (work day administrator)
• Preparing and processing payroll
• Year end review process: increase merit, manage bonuses, letters, etc.
• Position & management of applications, prior to screening of candidates and recruitment
• Managing the employee’s annual leave
Market Ratio Manager
• Processing employee requests (HRA Advance, benefit entitlement claims, etc.)
• On board from new carpenters
• Monthly employee payroll update
• Calculations for employees’ end of service benefits
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Automation of HR letters (salary letters, service certificates, etc.)
• HR reports and data analytics.
• Audit Reports
• Work closely with departments such as Marketing, Finance, IT, etc.
• Manage all visas and work permits for employees and dependents in coordination with the local government ministries in the United Arab Emirates (Jafza):
• Provide expert advice to businessmen and employees on all visa procedures and all other government related procedures.
salary:
17,000 to 20,000 dirhams per month, including fixed allowances.
• Ideally you will have 3 years experience in HR with strong government relations/professional experience and HRIS skills (ideal working day).
• This role requires a confident communicator who will be an ambassador for the HR services provided.
