Objectives: Amman Private School is looking for a highly motivated individual for a full-time position teaching chemistry at the middle and high school levels. This immediate position will entail preparing students for the Cambridge IGCSE and local government exams; As such, familiarity with the IGCSE exams and standards is an asset.

Duration: One-year contract with renewal options based on performance
Required start date: Immediately
Under probation: 90 days
Working hours: Sunday to Thursday (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
Subordinates: Lab technician
Salary and benefits commensurate with experience and other considerations
salary:
400 to 800 OMR per month, including fixed allowances.
Undergraduate qualifications: Bachelor’s in Education is a must
Other degrees obtained: Majoring in science is an asset
Nature and duration of previous experience: At least 3 years of experience
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is a must with a minimum score of 8.0 IELTS.
