Manama, June 20 (BNA) Seven Bahraini women have been appointed as members of the boards of directors of companies affiliated with the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait group.
Hala Al-Ansari, Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Women, received the CEO of BBK Group, Dr. Abdulrahman Saif, and congratulated him on the move.
She praised the Bank’s efforts to enhance the status of Bahraini women, within the framework of the private sector campaign to support national efforts directed at the advancement of women and to enhance their participation in various national development tracks.
