The President of the Supreme Council of Health made these statements during an inspection visit to the Hamad Town Health Center, as part of a series of field visits to primary health care centers to follow up on the progress made in the autonomy project.

During the visit, Dr. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah praised the progress made in implementing the National Social Health Insurance Program (My Health), which aims to achieve comprehensive health coverage, as well as enhance quality and competitiveness in providing health services to meet aspirations. of the beneficiaries.

He stressed that the independence project, under which the “Choose Your Doctor Program” falls, supports the continuity of all types of health services provided, and ensures the provision of high-quality and competitive services.
