Charterhouse works with internationally recognized luxury hotel chain, who are looking for an experienced sales professional to sell their luxury real estate portfolio in Southeast Asia, to high net worth individuals or large corporations located in the GCC and MENA region. This newly created role will be part of our client’s growing startup office, right here in Dubai.

The Sales Channel Manager will look to develop and nurture sales channels to maximize revenue opportunities for the group’s luxury properties in Southeast Asia, through networking and establishing business partnerships, coordinating and attending promotions and events and developing platforms or other sources for potential promotion and target markets.

This senior role will require the incumbent to identify and deal with high-network individuals or large companies to sign up and maintain ongoing relationships.

Concurrently, the role will introduce Channel Partners to product offerings by coordinating with Marketing to ensure that all sales tools available and up-to-date are available to partners.

The Chanel Sales Manager will remain in regular contact and meet with channel partners and internal business units to identify new opportunities or resolve any queries. You will achieve this by setting sales and revenue targets, and reporting KPIs for channel partners to the Group Sales Manager.

Our client is looking for an experienced sales professional, with a proven track record of selling luxury properties or international properties to high net worth individuals or large corporations. The successful candidate will have a strong network within the GCC region and be able to develop and implement sales strategies, to register new partners.

Knowledge and understanding of international real estate market trends is essential to this role, along with the ability to meet sales target and forecast future deals.

This remote working role will require the incumbent to have a self-motivated, driven and proactive attitude towards achieving the internal goal and KPIs.
