Welcoming, assisting and serving customers to ensure that their needs are met in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
Continuously arrange and refurbish store shelves and ensure that store floors and shelves remain clean and tidy at all times in line with brand image and coordination standards
Providing exceptional customer service through over-selling and cross-selling, suggesting alternatives, and following up on customer requests
– Multimedia: inform the department manager of unavailable and non-working products
– Multimedia: market products within the appropriate divisions according to sales trends, release date and according to the recommendations of the division manager
Multimedia: Complementary products and services and their selling in order to reach hourly and daily sales targets
Ensure a smooth and efficient receiving process for items/shipments, as well as accurate stock keeping to prevent security risks and thefts by conducting physical and electronic inventory as required, reporting broken alarms, accidents and suspicious activities
Handling cash register and customer transactions in an efficient and accurate manner as required
– Fashion specific: Take accurate measurements for any alteration required, set the price according to the given price list (where applicable) and coordinate the alterations required
