Sales and Marketing Coordinator

What will you do:

Responsible for all related administrative tasks in the department, including invoicing, accruals and attending monthly payroll in coordination with the talent and culture team
Coordinate all internal and external correspondence in the department, answer the phone, block the team calendar, etc.
Consistently delivers professional, engaging and friendly service to clients and internal colleagues, conducted mostly by phone and email
He has full knowledge of hotel services and facilities
Oversees communications to assigned key local accounts/programs assignments
– Assists in maintenance of accounts, contacts, activity and business details within Opera Sales & Catering as per hotel standards
Prepares offers, contracts, customer contact letters, expense forms, and checks orders and invoices
Coordinates site inspection notifications and distributes to appropriate personnel
– Assists with restaurants, spa, transportation, room reservations for VIPs and sales managers
Maintains current sales and brochures
– Preparing and publishing month-end reports
– Attends meeting minutes
Submits written assignments as required (writing, filing, etc.)
– Other duties as required

Your experience and skills include:

– Excellent Communication Skills
– High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Oasys, Opera and Word
A proactive approach to meeting deadlines and goals
– Excellent organizational and management skills
Previous experience in a sales role is ideal but not mandatory
Flexible and fit personality
