About the business unit:

Ooredoo’s Technology Unit is the backbone of the organization providing all the technical services that enable Ooredoo to provide its services to its customers across all technology platforms, 24/7/365. In other words, it is responsible for managing all Ooredoo networks, infrastructure/platforms and technology processes to achieve fast time to market, high operational efficiency, support product/service innovation and ultimately drive Ooredoo’s financial performance. The department is responsible for leading the operations of all elements including networking, storage, servers, virtualization/containers and cloud computing to ensure their efficient operations.

About the role:

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and team activities within defined KPIs for client operations

around you:

8 years experience in a similar role.
Experience in managing a DC & Cloud process in an ITOM framework
Relevant cloud infrastructure technology assessment experience on VMware, Redhat and Azure/Hyper V-based hybrid cloud deployment models
Experience in handling audits and managing the implementation of controls to ISO 27k, 20K & BCMS standards
Experience in leading/managing professional services and support/operational teams
Good experience in providing managed services/technical support/project management
Strong networking/security and systems experience (eg design, implementation, consulting)
– Customer oriented and cost aware with good business analysis skills
Ability to develop and maintain a good relationship with the client/partner

Minimum qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer and Communications or Electrical and Electronic Engineering
