Manama, March 7 / BNA / The Minister of the Royal Court, Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received the annual report of the National Office for Financial and Administrative Control and audited financial statements for the year ending on December 31, 2020 from the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Court, Sheikh Ahmed bin. Mohammed Al Khalifa for submission to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The minister commended the Bureau’s efforts in preserving public funds, verifying their safety and legality, and ensuring the highest levels of productivity, efficiency, and resource employment by adopting the latest international practices.
The head of the office confirmed that the office is progressing in the performance of its tasks thanks to the continuous support of His Majesty the King and the follow-up of the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
He stressed the importance of strengthening the principle of partnership with all agencies affiliated with the office and helping them improve their performance in accordance with approved international standards to preserve public funds and ensure their proper management.
He stressed the agency’s continued investment in training Bahraini competencies to upgrade the level of services of all kinds provided to citizens in all locations.
