what are you going to do
Responsible for retail sales for the area and for each door to ensure that the company’s goals are met. Recruit, integrate and develop beauty consultants. Manage and mobilize beauticians/advisors and editors in carrying out events and in daily counter operations, in both cases sales and service are maximized. Responsible for business planning, negotiation and building good relationships with the retailer. Ensure proper branding, merchandising, and stock image are met.
What you will need to succeed
Work requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience as a counter manager in a top door must candidate
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in cosmetics or retail management.
• Self-motivation, results-oriented, creative thinking
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Sharp commercial sense
• Analysis in approach to identify opportunities
• A high sense of luxury and luxury in customer service
• negotiation skills
• Proven experience in evaluating, motivating and training sales staff
• Proficiency in necessary computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
